The 'TEC-S (GIR Joint)' is a wooden frame structure system that employs a uniquely developed toughness connector and cube connector, achieving high strength, high rigidity, and high toughness. It is suitable for wooden buildings of up to four stories and balances construction efficiency with high seismic performance. The 'TEC-S (GIR joint)' is a wooden frame structure system that ensures high structural performance necessary for wooden buildings while achieving easy construction. It employs a dry construction method primarily based on nut tightening on-site, which enhances construction efficiency and stabilizes quality. This system adopts a prefabrication method where columns, beams, and joint components are processed in advance at the factory.
